Your Quality Assurance
Each service has a dedicated on-site Operations Manager who will meet with you to discuss your needs and evaluate your individual business requirements; he/she will be your one point of contact. Your Clean Com Operations Manager will strategically plan, execute, and deliver your service in a safe and timely manner.3
Individually customised Scope of Works, Method of Procedures, and Safe Work Method Statements are presented to you prior to the commencement of service. Trained Clean Com technicians will carry out your service under the guidance of an Operations Manager and Team Leader. These steps ensure accountability and consistency of service.
